PRIVACY POLICY

Clear handling. Owner-controlled access.

This policy explains how Fieldline handles information when a service business uses a Fieldline workspace, requests a pilot, or participates in a controlled messaging test.

WHAT WE USE

Only what supports the workflow.

That can include pilot-request details, business setup details, owner contact details, customer inquiry details, and private workspace records.

HOW WE USE IT

To organize and review work.

Information is used to operate the selected workspace, prepare owner-reviewed drafts, protect access, and support approved setup.

MOBILE DATA

Not sold or shared for marketing.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

CONTROLLED MESSAGING

Nothing is sent without the right permission.

  1. Fieldline uses an explicit consent flow before a controlled SMS test.
  2. Consent records identify the number, the consent language, and the time consent was provided.
  3. Message frequency is stated at opt-in. Message and data rates may apply.
  4. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help when messaging is active.

Fieldline may use carefully selected service providers to operate approved features, such as hosting, communications, or workflow tools. They may process information only to provide those services for Fieldline. We do not authorize them to use mobile numbers or consent data for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Business owners are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide and the customer communications they approve comply with their own obligations. For questions about this policy or a request about information held in a workspace, contact Fieldline through the business contact used for your setup.
